Cape Florida Lightstation Today

Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park is located on Key Biscayne near Miami, Florida. The park is open year round with a $4 entrance fee plus a $1 fee to cross Rickenbacker Causeway. Lighthouse tours are free. The Lighthouse is located at the southern tip of the island. Need directions??
Today the Lightstation is open for tours Thursday thru Monday. Tours begin at the Lightstation gate and are held at 10am and 1pm with a limit of 10 people per tour. Signup is one-half hour before the tour starts. Children younger than 8 are not allowed to climb the tower steps.
May is Dade Heritage Days in Miami-Dade County. Sponsored by Dade Heritage Trust (DHT), a benefactor of the lighthouse, Cape Florida will be open for approximately 4 hours for self-guided tours. Please check the DHT website for dates.
